Squeezeing foam ball
Starting position
You need a foam ball that is big enough to fit comfortably in your hand. The solidity of the ball should be adapted to the current hand
strength.
Procedure
The ball is squeezed and relaxed again.
Repetitions
The number of repetitions should be chosen so that there is no feeling of exhaustion.
Option
There are special training balls, e.g. "Handmaster", with which the fingers can also be trained using loops.

- Roll up a towel and press
- Squeeze a lemon by hand
