Screwing nuts​​​​​​​

Starting position
Several screws with matching nuts lie separately on the table.
Procedure 
​​​​​​​The screw is picked up with one hand, the nut is picked up with the other hand and screwed onto the screw.

Repetitions 
​​​​​​​The number of repetitions should be chosen so that there is no feeling of exhaustion or boredom 😊
Options
Instead of one nut per screw, a nut is first screwed onto each screw, then a washer is put on and finally  a second nut is fitted.
Instead of nuts and bolts, large and small coins can also be picked up from the table.
