Starting position
Lie on your back with your arms on the floor parallel to your body.
Procedure
Raise the straight legs as far as possible and hold them briefly in the end position.
Then lower your straight legs again without putting them down completely.

Repetitions
The number of repetitions should be chosen so that the legs can be put down slowly and in a controlled manner and no feeling of exhaustion
arises.
Options
Instead of lifting the straight legs as far as possible, the legs are instead bent without the feet hitting the ground.
Then stretch your legs again.
